Access Denied: Missing Token

Error Code: VIDEO_CLOUD_ERR_TOKEN_REQUIRED

Technical details :

Video cannot be played without a token.

I'm seeing the same error now, it wasn't happening before. I've tried logging out and back in, using a different browser, and clearing cache/data, but nothing has worked so far.

Were you able to find a solution, or did something change on your end?

Hi! I had the same trouble while I tried to take my self-paced course. I was using the Brave browser in Ubuntu. I cleared the cache memory, cleaned settings, and turned off the Shields, and nothing worked. Then I use a private window with Thor, and voilá! But this is only in Ubuntu! Salutes!

I tested with TOR web browser disabling the onion navigation. It works!!! But isn't the ideal way. 😕

Almost forgot. Before I tried cleaning ALL the History (From the beginning) (I use MS Edge as web browser). I cleaned the DNS Caché with CMD and restarted my home router.

Doesn't work.
