AnyConnect on iOS not connecting

Last Friday we received a report that someone couldn't connect to our VPN using AnyConnect on their iPhone. Today, we received two more reports from other people saying they can't use AnyConnect on their iOS devices.

Checking the connection logs on the firewall it only shows that the "user requested to disconnect" right after they connected. But the user reports that the client connects and disconnects, or just never finishes "connecting".

Has anyone else encountered this issue yet? We don't see this problem with the Android client.

not that we aware of any issue  on mentioned scenario.

Good to have below information :

1. what ASA mode, what ASA code running ?

2. what is the AC version and  iOS code having this issue ? is there any recent upgrae apple iOS ?

as per information these only effecting iOS device only ?
