Hello everyone,
We plan to create and keep a bootable usb device to install ISE for future chassis replacement, so I have created a bootable USB ISE v2.4 with LiveUSB creator. I know the installation guide of ISE v2.4 shows I have to replace the string from "cdrom" to "hd:sdb1" in isolinux.cfg and grub.cfg but I could not find isolinux/isolinux.cfg file. Instead, I found syslinux/syslinux.cfg file and "cdrom" string in it. I think I have to edit the syslinux.cfg file. Is my understanding correct?

From the USB drive, open the following text files in a text editor:
•isolinux/isolinux.cfg
•EFI/BOOT/grub.cfg
