Dear All,
I just purchased Cisco Cisco C9200L-48T-4G switches.
I wanted to start applying Smart license.
Unfortunately when I opened Administration - Licensing web page on Web UI
I found that there is no data displayed on this page.
Other menus are okay.
Software version is: 16.9.4
I checked on other browsers. Same..
More over when i check other C9200 switches purchased around 10 months ago, page is displayed properly,
but those switches has different software version 16.9.2.
All tested devices has no Internet access.
Do you know what is the reason?

have you found a solution to this problem?
because I have the same problem in the troubleshooting tab.

That is a known bug. I have posted that Bug ID in the forum and I am having trouble finding it.
17.12.5 should be released in the next few days.
