Cisco catalyst center shows 100% utilization for most of the IP addresses pool we created. But actual usage is very less. How CCC fetches this value. How we can clear this?

Catalyst Center doesn’t track live leases like a DHCP server does — it marks addresses as “used” based on what’s in its internal inventory and reservations database. That’s why you can see 100% utilization even when the actual pool usage is low.
To clear it, you need to release or delete the reservations in Catalyst Center (Design → Network Settings → IP Address Pools). If pools were bound to sites/devices and later changed, old allocations can linger until you remove them.

Thanks for your prompt response and helpful answer. This pool usage is definitely misleading. I don't see any real purpose when it doesn't have the ability to live tracking. We would prefer not to have this usage percentage on pools rather than having wrong info.
