Cisco 4331 TCL udp_open invalid

Hi,

I have 4331 ISR and 2901 routers.I try to write tcl script. Script works with 2901 but not works with 4331.Router give "udp_open" invalid command name error. What can I do in this situation?

 

4331 IOS : x86_64_LINUX_IOSD_UNIVERSALK9_M version 15.5(3)S4b.
