I installed anyconnect-linux64-4.9.06037-predeploy-k9.tar.gz on Ubuntu system and vpn session establish always got disconnected due to "remote user is disabled"

I have tried to update AnyConnectProfile.xsd with following but still didn't work

Any suggestion?
