I have Cisco Attendant Console Standard installed on a computer. Anyways the hard drive is running out of space so decided to get a new one and clone the drive. Tested for about 30 minutes and everything worked. Next day Attendant Console was no longer licensed to avoid down time went back to old hard drive right away.
My question is if I put in my existing key that I have will it work? I know if you change the computer or update the operating system you need a new LAC. I just hope I don't need a new LAC for a simple hard drive update.
