I am trying to find out what Cisco's patch release schedule is?  Is it weekly, monthly, annually, etc.?

1.  Depends on the platform (newly-released series family, mid-life, approaching end-of-life, etc)

2.  Depends on the train (early deployment, single-release, maintenance release)

End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco 2900 Series Integrated Services Routers

ISR G2, which is made up of ISR 1900, 2900 and 3900 series, will be end-of-support (HW) by the end of December 2022. 

The last software release meant to be 09 December 2020 but I can see the recently release (31 March 2021).  I suspect that will be the "last".
