Cisco Unity Options

Hey all, 

          We are in one hell of a situation and I feel like I am out of options at this point and cant really get a clear direction on how to proceed.  A long while ago we updated our Cisco Unity system to 12.5.1-17900 and it ran fine for a while.  Eventually, the database got corrupted and we went to rebuild it.  We have the bootable ISO for 12.5.1 but do not have the OVA template file and unfortunately we cannot get it because it requires a contract.  We tried purchasing a contract and were told that we cannot get a contract for that because its EoL.  We have the OVA template file for 11.5.x but do not have the bootable ISO.  So now we are stuck in this weird in between and cannot find a path forward that doesnt involve purchasing a new system.  Does anyone know how we might be able to rectify this?  I cant believe we are having this much trouble over a template file.  Right now our Unity system is still running, BUT we cannot get into it to change anything.  We get the 503 forbidden error when we try to connect to the WebUI AND Service Manager wont stay running.  Going through all of the troubleshooting has led back to the database being corrupted.  Any ideas?
