D9859 Unable to set LO1 RF Input

I am trying to change the LO1 ( RF1) input from default 5.15 to 10.75 (KU band).

I have set all the tuning parameter correctly but I keep getting error when I click on apply

I even tried to perform factory reset. Didn't helped. The DR is disabled.

There are some restrictions within this menu. First of all, you need to have an L01 which is smaller than LO2. You must also indicate a Frequency cross value to indicate when to use LO1 and when LO2. Finally, your downlink frequency should have a valid L-Band value. 

Do try these parameters and see if they work:

Downlink Frequency = 11.304

LO1 = 10.0

LO2 = 10.75

Crossover = 11.9

I forgot to mention: I have tried to do this via GUI, but the only way to make it work is configuring the parameters directly on the front pannel (Do not forget to press "apply" and save changes)
