This is a test. I attempted to post a Cisco Finesse question earlier but am unable to confirm whether the questions actually posted or not. I keep getting error messages, such as "topic title is required field" but there is a topic title I typed into the required field. Or, it tells me that a tag is required to post my question, but then when I attempt to select a tag, it says that the prebuilt tags are invalid, such as "Cisco Software". I also went to my account profile to see any past posts I made, but the post is not there. I am not sure why this help forum is so difficult to use. Not at all user friendly.
Are there any better places to seek support?
