yes, it is possible to run a small SD-WAN lab (vManage, vBond, vSmart, and 3 vEdge routers) with 32 GB of RAM. You need a bit of patience especially when starting the lab but it is working pretty smooth once all devices are up and running.
So for such a lab you can configure vManage with 16 GB, vBond and vSmart with 2 GB each and then 1 GB for each vEdge router.
However, you also need enough vCPU cores for this setup. For vManage you should assign 8 vCPUs if possible but you can go with 4 if absolutely needed. vBond and vSmart need 2 vCPUs each and then again 1 vCPU for each vEdge router.
Oversubscribing the vCPUs is possible but further increases boot time and might cause CPU spikes from time to time.
So as a summary it is definitely worth a try and should run smooth enough for a small lab environment.
