upgrade failed:not valid file or cannot be handled by install CLI

When I upgrade C9200L-48T v7.3.3 to v7.3.6 by ssh,it shows faild massage like below:

Jun  3 11:12:17.377 %INSTALL-3-OPERATION_ERROR_MESSAGE: R0/0: install_engine: Failed to install_add_activate_commit package flash:at9k_lite_iosxe.17.03.06.SPA.bin, Error: install_add_activate_commit : flash:at9k_lite_iosxe.17.03.06.SPA.bin is not valid file or cannot be handled by install CLI.

can anyone know what is that mean?

when I using console with same file and process, it was success to upgrade

The filename is incorrect.  It should be flash:cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.03.06.SPA.bin
