User unable to select options when installing Cisco AnyConnect on MAC

After accepting license, user is prompted with options to select like VPN.  However, they are unable to select any boxes.  Any ideas why?

I gave the user the latest download.  I don't have a Plex pass but I can download the client from Meraki.  It should show all options checked and just uncheck ones not needed.  They are all grayed out.
