I cannot ping my static IP from outside my firewall.

Gang,

I have an RV042G and I have set a static IP for WAN1.  I am extending my PBX using and MCK gateway/Extender and, as a test, I need to ping the IP, but it fails.  I have not specifically blocked pinging.  How can I accomplish this?
