Meraki built workflow trying to uninstall itself periodically

Over the last couple of days I have experienced a Meraki pre-built workflow trying to uninstall itself periodically, but failing to do so as it is being used in custom built workflows. The 'Meraki - Get Organization By Name or ID' keeps reporting its status as 'Uninstall failed' when no users have tried to alter/uninstall it. Its last modified date was for 16th October 05:40am when no users were actively online. The workflow is in the failed state because it is part of a custom built workflow where we would like to continue using this pre-built workflow. Is there any reason this is happening or is the workaround simply to duplicate the workflow and let it uninstall itself?

@jweston This is a know issue that is impacting all Workflows users. The engineering team is investigating the issue.  There is no user impact other than the error message for "Uninstall failed"
