ACI Simulator AlwaysOn - V5 Not Responding

I was attempting to do the "Start Automating Cisco ACI with Ansible" learning lab.

Attempts to access https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/ return a "504 Gateway Time-out". 

Trying to reserve ACI Simulator 5.2 failed with errors during setup.
