Any Connect - Login Failed

Hello,

I am trying to access my virtual lab : Unified Contact Center Express 11.5 through the VPN any connect but I am getting login failed.

12/06/2017

     13:10:40    Contacting 128.107.93.228:20105.

     13:10:47    Connection attempt has failed.

     13:10:51    Contacting 128.107.93.228:20105.

     13:10:57    Connection attempt has failed.

     13:10:59    Contacting 128.107.93.228:20105.

     13:11:03    Connection attempt has failed.

     13:11:07    Contacting 128.107.93.228:20105.

     13:11:37    User credentials entered.

     13:11:40    User credentials prompt cancelled.

     13:11:41    Ready to connect.

   

It was working fine with UCCX 10.6 but when my old lab expired I renew with 11.5.

from the messaging above it looks like you are cancelling at the credentials prompt:

13:11:40    User credentials prompt cancelled.


Is this in error ? please try again if you have an active reservation on the Sandbox, accepting all security certs. when prompted to do so in anyconnect. Alternatively, post your reservation information here and we can review in the sandbox.
