Anyconnect was not able to establish connection to access Devnet Sandbox CML lab.

Hi,

I am not able to connect to devnet sandbox server devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com. Then I tried to connect but, it says connection timeout and please verify internet connectivity though I connected to internet. I can resolve the IP address for that server but not able to ping the server. I am trying from RTP , NC. Here is the ping and trace route results which is trying to go San Jose server and then timing out. I am thinking that my request is taking too much time to get response. Hence, getting timeouts. Any help how can I connect to devnet sandbox from RTP?

There have been a few threads with users on the Spectrum ISP not able to connect, try and tether your cell phone and connect the VPN.
