Hello,
I'm writing a client that interacts with Broadworks call center features and I need a softphone client (or something similar) that supports extended call center features provided by Broadworks (agent login/logout and related states) and features usually not available in a standard SIP client (click-to-dial and call answer triggered via XSI, that , when invoked on a normal softphone get "can't do that on this device" response)
As far as I know, the old BroadWorks Call Center client doesn't work anymore (I tried, I always get the "service unavailable" error)
So, the question is, is there a softphone that works with those BroadWorks features?
Or is there another way to develop and test them?
Thank you.

Hi,
Not sure if this is still an issue for you, but if it is I hope this might help...
We've provisioned Cisco WebEx as an softphone for our customers and also activated a feature called: Call Setting Web View (CCWV).
With that you can open an additional window where the user can join callcenters and also adjust other call settings if needed.
The WebEx client can be provisioned in a few different modes and softphone is one option so that messaging is not activated for instance.
Best regards,
Christoffer
