We have several problems that we would like to try with this Sandbox, With the European MIFIDII standard, we should be able to record the evidence.
We would like to be able to forward a copy of each conversation to an IP in which we have a cloud call recording product.
We know that in resources it is configured but it does not appear.
Does anyone know if it is possible in this Sandbox?
When we got certified with Broadsoft two years ago, they left us the platform and we just had to tell them the ip for them to configure. Now I don't see how.
