Had my first lab scheduled today for 1-3PM, CDT, but am unable to log in to the VPN. I installed the VPN client using the link in the email, put in the hostname provided for the connection (devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20338) as well as the username and password provided in the email, trying the password in both upper and lower case for good measure, with no success. Say "Login failed" every time. What do I do next?

@robertedmonds this typically happens when the sandbox has come up with errors, suggest cancelling the reservation and reserving a new one.
