Hi

Please see the below screenshot. Anyconnect is connected. but I still cannot access the Lab via ssh or https for the ip address 10.10.20.50.
and I even cannot ping it. Can you help to resolve the issue?

Once clicking on link devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20170 and entering username and password, i got the page like the second one below and the anyconnect vpn is disconnected.

Typically icmp is denied over the vpn, looks like you are trying to access to devbox? Do the sandbox instructions say you can access this on the ports 443/22?

The url is only meant to be added as your remote destination in the VPN which was provided by email it has no other use than connecting your VPN client once this is connected with your sandbox password you will be able to access to devices on the information provided in the instructions devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20170

Restart your VPN anyconnect, strange that after you login your VPN i disconnected. If still not work terminate that lab and reserve another one, and even if you still have problems after it, open a case with the devnet team.
