cannot communicate with server

whenever i tried to log in to jabber it shows error msg"cannot communicate with server"

Hello Harpreet,

We are checking on your reservation to look at this issue and see what's going on.

The first thing to try is to configure the advanced settings in jabber. The advanced settings can be found under the login prompt. Then you set the login to point at CUCM 9.x or later, and set the IP to 10.10.20.1. This is a quick thing to try, while we look at your sandbox.
