Cannot connect to DevNet sandbox (login failed)

Hi, i received login credentials for sa
but i cannot connect using AnyConnect.

This is how it looks when i try to login. 

note: i will connect to the internet and LAN without problem.

i would love if i can fix this in some way because i really want to practice and learn in the sandbox.

Solved by using static ip in configuration and setting dns also instead automatic
