Cannot SSH into devices

Hello,

I am having issues connecting to the devices via Putty and web console.  I get Connection error via web console and SSH ports as per directions

Which sandbox are you using, please?

IOS-XR Programmability sandbox

Are you using the designated ports for the XR devices

IOS-XRv9000 R1
Management IP: 10.10.20.70
XR SSH Port: 2221

IOS-XRv9000 R2
Management IP: 10.10.20.70
XR SSH Port: 2231

Yes, but when I do, I get a Connection refused.  I am connected via VPN to the devnetsandbox.

I just grabbed a sandbox, when connected to the VPN i am not able to access any devices. I will roll this up with the ENG team.
