When launching a sandbox, it is saying Environment Creation Failed and: "could not complete your request because of an internal error". This error occurs for Collaboration 14, Cisco Emergency Responder, Packaged Contact Center Enterprise.
We are developing a solution that integrates with CUCM. How can we get access to a working test environment?

@labvidi Cancel the current reservation and activate a new one, this clears most errors. If this happens again, maybe wait a few days and see if this is fixed.

Yes this issue can happen from time to time. The best thing to do is end your reservation and wait for it to tear down (~10mins). Then reserve a new one.
