Hi,
I'm trying to connect to a sandbox VPN, but I keep getting a "Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity".
I'v checked my connectivity and it's just fine: if I try a different port, I get to the authentication dialog (and fail the login, obviously).
My sandbox is active, and Anyconnect is version 4.7.04056.
Any suggestion?

Hello, sorry you are having an issue with the VPN to the sandbox. Are the ports range between 20100 and 20354 is open via your firewall? This message is normally seen when the ports are blocked outbound.

Hi,
I'll double cjeck, but they should be: the address indicated in the mail is http://devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20210. If I try with another port (I tried 20219 and 20218) I get to the login dialog.
