Clear POD ARP Cache FAILED ... Errors provisioning VPN sessions

I can't seem to reserve a sandbox at this time. I keep ending up with an "Active (with Error)" status. My output shows:

21:12:57 Environment Driver Setup has begun
Beginning sandbox setup
Preparing connectivityApps deployment started
Apps are being discovered...
Connecting all apps
Apps are powering on...
Waiting for apps IP addresses, this may take a while...
No apps to configure
Sandbox setup finished successfully
21:14:53 Just a moment - a few more things left to setup...
21:15:01 Setting POD Internet access policy
21:15:03 Waiting 4 minutes for all systems be become fully ready
21:19:04 Calling Setup on applicable resources
21:22:04 Clear POD ARP Cache FAILED
21:22:07 Enabling VPN Connections for POD 1352, VLAN 1452
21:22:21 ERROR: Errors encountered provisioning VPN sessions.
21:22:21 Errors occurred preparing environment.   Please use the forum at
https://communities.cisco.com/community/developer/sandbox for assistance
21:22:21 Driver Complete.

I saw previous conversations where others who experienced this just had to wait a few hours and/or try again. I've tried 3 times over the course of a day, and this behavior is consistent for all of them. 

 

Any thoughts?
