Hello team,

I used to lab using the CML sandbox, but i cannot acces to it anymore since 10 days. I log in, click on "Get started with sandbox" but it keeps redirecting me on https://developer.cisco.com/site/sandbox/ again and again,

Has something changed on CML sandbox?

Thanks,

Does this link work for you? https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Diagram/Index/685f774a-a5d6-4df5-a324-3774217d0e6b?diagramType=Topology

Thanks for your help. No it is the same, asking me to login and redirecting the the home page. I tried from different computers and different browsers, and cleared my cache but it's the same. Also tried login with Cisco ID and with gmail but doesn't change anything

Not sure there then @davidguillo87 very reluctant to say 'it works on my machine'. It worked on my phone yesterday and today on Chrome Version 115.0.5790.114. DevNet team would need to advise i guess.

I am having the same problem as davidguillo87. When I hit the "Get started with Sandbox" I get a blank screen and my activity tracker shows the system is looping in an authentication loop. I have had the issue for a couple of weeks. All my other cisco Devnet accesses work fine.

Note: The above link does not work for me either.

Thanks.

@Stampeder i tried this in Safari Version 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2) and Chrome Version 116.0.5845.96 via the direct link from, signed in with my Cisco ID, page loaded ok. Have you tried an incognito browser?

I found this thread from 2022 around auth on Cisco page using Cisco ID, it has a sort of work around https://community.cisco.com/t5/online-tools-and-resources/cisco-login-stuck-in-loop/td-p/4557572

Thanks for getting back. I'm using Firefox version 116.0.3. Let me try incognito and see if that works. I'll review your link as well and get back. Have a great weekend.

It's definitely a Firefox browser issue. Incognito in Firefox does not work. However if I use the Vivaldi browser I log right in and the Sandbox labs comes right up. I'll bet it has something to do with Devnet using the security system that google uses which tends to be contentious at many times. I've had this problem with several apps that are based around google's newer security system.

BTW you have a Mac and I'm envious.

Thanks.

I tried with FF on version 115.1.0esr, no problem via Cisco ID login.

BTW - Only have a MAC as my work provide me with one.

Interesting. I can definitely tell you that it doesn't work with my version of FF yet works perfectly with my Vivaldi browser.

Weird.

Thanks.
