Hi @jokearns1,

The credentials AppD is providing after reserving the AppDynamics SaaS Platform sandbox are not working:

We got license issue while provisioning new cloud Appd Account: CloudWorkshop|ERROR|######################## There was an error processing task : create-license-rule : You can attempt to resolve the issue and then re-run the setup script

We are offline the AppD SaaS sandbox and checking it with BU. Please try AppD On-Prem or AppD Candidate sandbox instead.

Thanks,

Bob

Having the same issue described above. By the way, the email I received contains the same exact username and password than that quoted by Khalid. Maybe the issue is that the auto-generated email is not correctly templatized?
