DevNet SandBox - Maintenance query

Hi,

I just open the SandBox, and I am seeing that the SandBox is still in maintenance and cannot spin up any labs.

The maintenance window displayed is "Sandbox will be in maintenance Friday 28th March 3pm GMT to 6pm GMT."

Am I missing something here, is it just me or there is some issue there in sandbox at the moment ?
