DevNet Sandbox RDP issues after maintenance.

Hello,

I had a sandbox working before the maintenance and everything was working fine. That one expired and I tried setting up the new one. I ran into a problem that once I RDP'ed into the jabbar servers to start those applications I get a white page. I inspected the page and got this error message "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) /remote/api/tokens".

What i tried so far that didn't help:

1. clear browser history

2. try different browsers. Chrome, firefox en safari.

3. Set primary DNS to the Cisco one 10.10.20.10 & 10.10.20.100 according to a post some found with a similar issue. My local network does not overlap the VPN one.

4. logged out and into the VPN.

5. created a new sandbox with a different IP.


Can someone help me with this issue?

Hello Cornelis,

Could you please let me know which lab you've reserved? And what application is throwing the white page/error message? Is that Finesse?
