DevNet Sandbox: Unable to spin up vManage on CML sandbox

I am unable to spin up vManage on CML sandboxes cisco provides and as currently unable to change the hard disk size for the vManage to something possible on the sandbox like 30-40 GB. The hard disk size stays at 512 Gig even after multiple attempts to change it.

I am running into this same problem in the CML sandbox.
The vManage node is configured for 512Gb of storage, and it stays in "QUEUED" state.
Has anyone managed to turn on the vManage?

i am facing the same issue
