@trangthu0326 the information url (devnetsandbox-usaw1) is the destination/IP of the headend of the Cisco VPN sandbox,  enter this in the address line of your VPN client, and press connection. This will open the box for your username and password.

See this link for getting started https://developer.cisco.com/docs/sandbox/#!first-reservation-guide/reservation-hello-world

Hope this helps,

I cannot log in to vManage via IP address, due to the same error as when logging in to Always on.
It is also not possible to get information through the API. Is there any way to fix it?

Looks like ongoing issues with this sdwan sandbox https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/sd-wan-always-on-sandbox-invalid-user-or-password/m-p/4965216#M8939
