Environment Creation Failed

I am unable to access the Cisco Modeling Lab environment in Cisco DevNet Sandbox.  Previously I was able to access it to perform labs for my CCNP, but seems to be rejecting me now.  Am I doing anything wrong? Here's the message that I get.....

Environment Creation Failed

You are not allowed to perform this action. Reason: 'Active Environments In Space Per Owner-2__2023-11-02T21:52:11.4923285Z: Owner has reached the maximum number of active environments allowed in space'

Do you have an active reservation? If so, please end it before new reservation. There is only 1 active reservation allowed per user.
