Hi folks, I'm having the same issue whilst trying to follow along with ENCOR labs from a training course. I didn't have any issue with reserving time last year but it seems this time it's unavailable - are we sure this isn't an issue? It seems like someone may be taking unfair advantage of the resource as it seems this has been an issue starting January 2024?

@SCDow as so many use the sandbox’s and like you mentioned third party course depend on these so students can follow their material, it’s understandable why this free resource is so popular and always being used. Cisco provides these sandboxes for free for everyone to use. They cannot be expected to scale and scale these indefinitely whilst others make profits from them.

Sadly the sandboxes are subject to abuse.

Yes.. I am also thinking the same

It's bizarre that any user should be able to reserve a 72 hour session on such a valuable shared resource. For this it seems like 4 hours is reasonable, and anybody needing over that should be buying it. I've read the other thread about the systems having changed though, let's hope the scheduler is reintroduced and the maximum reservation time drastically reduced, so that it can be more available for more users.

I've bitten the bullet and bought an annual subscription for CML, though I wish they had a monthly equivalent
