Hello, after reserving a FMC sandbox session and getting the email with credentials, I can't access the API explorer nor access API calls with the same credentials.
When trying to access https://fmcrestapisandbox.cisco.com/api/api-explorer/ (as indicated on the rsvp confirmation email), I get prompted to enter my credentials and they don't work. Same for API calls, I get a "Verify your credentials or check the maximum number of allowed concurrent logins." when I try to access the API with Ansible.
The sandbox has worked before for me but I have not been able to access the sandbox since last week.

I have the same issue. I'm in the midst of developing an Ansible role but after my vacation cannot access the API anymore.

Yes, very weird since it used to work. I am using Firefox but I just tried Chrome just to double check access, same result to it would appear the issue is the sandbox itself.

I reserved the lab. Got the credentials clicked on the https://fmcrestapisandbox.cisco.com/api/api-explorer/ used the credentials to sign in. Hit enter and it just sat there. In the background behind the sign in prompt shows a cisco symbol it says system processes are starting and nothing. I left the page came back got a 503 error. Left the page came back. It prompts me to sign in over and over. It's like the username and password creds are no longer valid.
