Issue connecting to VPN on devnet

My devnet vpn isn't allowing me to connect as shown below. I've never had this issue before, not sure why my credentials from the e-mail aren't working.

Looks like an issue with me being on Marriott's wifi as my MiFi works. I think it's the non-standard VPN port.

Hello Team,

Can you please reply to this post?

I just reserve the lab for first time and I am not able to connect to VPN. Do I need to off the Firewall or antivirus settings or some other settings needs to be done? Please update soon.

Hi Nitin,

Please check:
- Is your reservation "active" now? As you know, sandbox will revoke VPN access once it is completed
- The VPN headend employs :20xxx "high" range port, not standard SSL port 443. Please check if your firewall block this traffic
