Is there an issue with the APIC Sandbox today? I haven't been able to create or modify any objects today and got the same error:
Error: 400 - the messaging layer was unable to deliver the stimulus (connection error, Connection refused)
Based on the Audit Log, the last change was made over 10 hours ago (2020-03-24T09:22:46.130+00:00). There are over 90+ active sessions right now. Anyone else could make the change or create an object since then?
