issues with launch page - no problems with VPN

No problem with connecting to the UC sandbox with the VPN client and credentials. The launch page, "Collaboration 12.5 lab" fails .. this site can't be reached. The email has gone through the Outlooks safe filter and might be modified, and I can't find another URL in the DevNet documentation. Any suggestions of what URL could be used instead?

further to previous message, is there another way to activate the VMs? I can browse to the CUCM, but it says DNS is unreachable. My take is that the DNS hasn't been activated as I can't get to the main topology page to ensure all servers are activated.
