Login Failed

Password and username are correct but don't know why there is still login failed.

Unfortunatelly you need contact the support. It can be many thing. You could be using the wrong vpn profile or the VPN concentrator can be refusing you. Your Domain password can be expired, etc. 

 Only the admin can check the reason.

@usmanaanwer Check your sandbox is active in your reservations, you might need to cancel any active reservations and start this sandbox again.
