Login Issue DevNet

Whenever I provide creds to DevNet (Cisco Teams, Cisco ID, Google Account) it accepts them shows some kind of registration page for about 1/2 second and then redirects me back to the login screen.  I have tried IE, FireFox and Chrome all experience the same behavior.  Can some one tell me how to get past this?
