No Lab Network Address available

I got DevNet Sandbox Lab email but there is no Lab Network Address,

• Lab Network Address: NA
• Username: XXXX
• Password: WOrXXXX

How can I get VPN access without an the access point IP?

Is there anyway to get help?

Not sure why you did not get the URL in the email.

You need to connect to this:

Use the credentials that were provided in the email.
