Permitted users cannot receive the emails using Unified Contact Center Express 11.6

Hello Admin/Support,

I have created a Sandbox and before starting it I have indicated a user to allow access. But the email with the credentials has not arrived.

  

Sandbox ID: bf4c553b-0767-4b23-b776-4aec7c44830c

permited user: pranotobudi2544

 

can you help me to send a vpn for permited user
