I'm testing in the Collaboration 12 sandbox with Jabber phones. The goal is to detect dial codes (0-9*#) when pressed by the local or remote side. Already working is recording using built-in-bridge. Based on another discussion here, RFC 2833 should be in the recording. But in this case, they are absent for both local and remote side pressed digits. Also using JTAPI, no DTMF events are seen. DTMF Signaling Method of the recorder trunk, and outside trunk is set to RFC2833.
How can we solve this? Ideas what to check? Or is this is a limitation?
