sanbox - Not available

Hello, 

I tried to login to the Sandboxes today and was getting 404 error. Most of them were Always on Sandboxes.

Error: 

Can someone please let me know whether is this only for Always On sandboxes or these boxes getting restarted at the time I tried to login.
