Hello Sandbox Users!

The DevNet Sandbox has successfully been upgraded! These periodic upgrades help to keep our automation and networking systems efficient, secure, and reliable while patching minor bugs and adding new features! We appreciate your patience during our maintenance window, and now the wait is over - please go and reserve labs to your heart's desire! https://developer.cisco.com/sandbox.

What if I experience issues?

Report them here! This helps know where to look at get to the bottom of any bugs that could of been introduced by this upgrade.

Known Issues:

"Robots" errors. These are basic error pages that are returned by our web server. There is a minor server-side issue when you click the final "Reserve" button on a Sandbox to initiate a reservation. You would expect to see your Sandbox spinning up, but instead you see a Sorry page with robots, like this one shown below:

Robots.png

This error shouldn't impact the setup of your Sandbox - you'll just need to navigate there manually. First click reload then find your reservation in Lab Management then Reservations. Shown below:

Then simply click your active reservation!

Please let us know if you've got any questions! Enjoy!

Sincerely,

DevNet Sandbox Team

The always-on sandbox DNA-C has apparently not recovered from the maintenance window.  It is not possible to see any devices that should be present in the sandbox network either don't show up or a 504 error is returned

Now it is not even possible to login to the Sandbox DNA-C using the normal username/password credentials provided
