Setup sandbox error and Cannot receive second email

I got this error twice and cannot receive the second email for the VPN. May I have some help on this?

Hi @Kenneth Fung ,

You can also get the VPN credentials from the 'Output' tab inside the sandbox environment.

If that doesn’t work, it might be best to end the reservation and begin a new one after the teardown is complete.

It may take some time for the original reservation to tear down. You can check the status of all your recent reservations here —> https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Reservation/List
